Stigab Verktygs AB gets new owner

As of March 30, 2026, Stigab Verktygs AB has a new owner in Marcus Gustafsson.

The change of ownership is part of securing the company’s long-term development. The previous owners, brothers Dahn and Henrik Johansson, have in connection with this chosen to hand over the ownership to a new party who can continue to run and develop the business going forward.

For customers and partners, this means no changes in the day-to-day cooperation. Contact persons remain the same, ongoing projects continue according to plan, and the company’s commitments and deliveries are not affected.

Marcus Gustafsson has extensive experience in marketing and sales in companies with their own production, most recently within the plastics and rubber industry with a focus on the Automotive segment. With a strong interest in manufacturing companies, he looks forward to continuing to develop Stigab together with the organization.

To ensure a safe and smooth transition, Dahn will remain in the business during a transition period, and Henrik Johansson will continue in his current role.
